What was your favourite Nintendo console from the past? Mine was the N64, I loved it and it is probably my favourite Nintendo console ever.

I would have to say mine would be a tie between the first original and the SNES, I just don't think any game consoles out there can beat those two. (Although Atari was pretty great, LOL)

Super Nintendo was awesome. Loved that thing. N64 I have a lot of complaints about. I never did like the controller on it.

The NES and SNES lost out to the Master System and Mega Drive (Genesis to you Americans). Past that I purchased an N64 and fell in love with it. It was a great console, albeit a total ripoff over here.

N64 + Goldeneye couldn't go wrong with a nice bit of multi player. Worst console Dreamcast though there was one good game, Taxi, that was ace.

I would have to say that Nintendo Power, and the Gamecube. I like the Gameboy Advance also, because you can hook it up to the gamecube.

Whilst I totally agree with the Goldeneye comment (I loved that game), I disagree completely with what you say about the Dreamcast. It was a well-rounded console that really came before its time and led to Sega's demise in the console industry. Some great ideas that were poorly executed, but so many fun games. The very fact that the Dreamcast is still a favourite amongst Retro fans says it all.
