Is it that they release a console which always works perfectly, not having to be modified? The originality of the Nintendo only games? Mario? The years of experience under Nintendos belt?

I agree with you. Thier are just some games that you can only play on a Nintendo system. I have been loyal to them from the begining, hopefully they have learned from the Gamecube and thier new system will be a smash hit.

I've never had a brand new Nintendo crap out on me. I've burnt through 2 PS2's and 1 PS1. My Gamecube has crashed to the floor at least six times and still works beautifully.

I feel like Nintendo cares enough about it's fans to put out the best quality product they can. They are innovators. They are family-friendly. And they've been around forever, so I can trust that I'm making a good investment.

It's originality, I would say. Sadly, I didn't see that in the Gamecube, and got a PS2 instead...but I'll definitely get a Wii when Nintendo releases it.
