Has anyone ever bought a game on ebay? I have never done this but I was wondering if anyone else had. If so was it in okay condition or did the seller lie?

I've had pretty good experience with ebay, but only when buying from reputable sellers. Check the rating of them and don't go below perfection. I've known many people to get ripped off.

I think the main thing to do is stay clear of the bad repped guys and if you do that then usaully you get a amazing service. I wouldn't advise against it!

I only buy from seller with wonderful feedback but still, with a game there is so much potential to get ripped off. Paypal is notoriously hard to get your money back.

I've both bought and sold games on ebay without problems. Just read the auction carefully and go with a seller that has good feedback!

I love eBay, i spend so much time just browsing for things I'll never even need. I bought my gamecube and most of my games and 2 controllers off eBay and they have been perfect.

I've bought a few games on ebay, and I've had good luck. As someone mentioned above me, you should make sure that they have a good rating.

You definetly have to pay attention to who you are buying from. Look back through their feedback - a lot of times people post postives and note minor problems. I like to take those into consideration.
Also, read the auction thoroughly, particularly the description of the item and any shipping information. I found a seller on ebay who charged one flat shipping rate - $8 or $9, just for videogames! You can send those things media mail for way, way cheaper. It really pays to pay close attention to those details.
If you have any question AT ALL, ask it BEFORE you bid.

I've not purchased on ebay but a site similar to ebay and my games have beenin great condition and really cheap. I highly suggest it.
