So everyone must have seen it or heard of it? If not then it is Microsofts "iPod killer" it's coming out during this year I believe and as for the Wii there was a mass rise for domain names.. anyway, what do you think of them? Personally I think they will help Xbox 360 sales but I don't think the product will be good enough to knock the iPod from the top spot of "Best mp3 player"

Apple already pretty much own the market. Microsoft will be like Creative at best with their Zen player.

Personally I can see this becoming the second best MP3 player on the market but can't see it beating the iPod.

Me either. iPod is just...an icon now, nothing can beat that. Even if the product itself is better.

I agree apple owns the market and they aren't gonna let microsoft take the top spot. The could become number the next best thing though.

It'll all be in the marketing, really. iPod sells a "way of like" product not just an mp3 player.

Microsoft waited way too long to introduce a product in the mp3 market. Apple owns that market and will not be giving it up. Plus I've noticed that a lot of Apple owners are very brand loyal.

I think Apple has been succesful with iTunes because of the connection with the iPod. While Microsoft is working on relationships with many of the other top MP3 makers, it is still not the same syngergy iPod and iTunes has, so I think the service will be less than succesful. That is of course, unless they subsidize downloads and drive prices down. I just don't see the record labels allowing them to do that though.

Apple own the mp3 market microsoft can only come second best as apple have itunes will microsoft be bringing out their version to compliment the zune.
