I buy mine at Gamestop usually. Though it depends on the game, sometimes I'll got to Walmart - but that's because I have family working there and I get a discount.

Last game I got was around 10% off because it was used (used game shelves are a goldmine if you don't mind not being able to rip the plastic off). I think it can go up to 30% but I can't remember.

I don't buy them, I rent from Game Fly. Game Fly is the bestest invention ever. I've had people steal games I'm returning out of my mailbox though.
