I listed Valkyrie Profile for the PS1 three days ago. I've had it for six years and only played it through once. I started bidding at $35. I know it's a rare game but HOLY CRAP!!! :isuprise:

I have a psx (grey ps, big box thing) and about 50 games i remember buying it with 3 controllers for £50. Wait till it turns into a retro gaming system :)

Nice, i didn't know these games would sell for much. I old Nintendo Power games... if that counts? These don't look to rare. Thats good money, maybe i should start selling my games. XD

If you have a lot of games, do some research, you may be sitting on a small goldmine. I've sold several rare games over the years. But this is my biggest windfall for sure!

What I'll probably do with my Gamecube is keep it for a good few years until I can sell it for a worthwhile amount. Most second hand shops don't take any Nintendo consoles over here because, to be blunt, Nintendo can't sell shit over here.

That's crazy talk! Once I sold a game for $80 but I regret it because I want the game back :( The game was Marvel vs Capcom 2.

I really should keep some fairly old games and wait until they're really worth something. I'm sure they will be one day.

The problem is looking after them for so long. With all the effort you put into looking after them, keeping dust off, putting them into a safe place, you could probably spend on a days work. Just sell them when you can.

After looking after a game for years I don't know if I would have the heart to sell it. Still I'm glad you got such a good deal for it. I never sell my old games or systems, I guess I get attached to easy. :-)

Hah, my ex rented that years back and I've always wanted to get it and try it out. Maybe I should rethink that idea though.

Well they've remade the original for the PSP. :) You can also get the sequel on PS2 now. It's just the original game was rare to begin with.
