When everyone heard of the name change from Revolution to 'Wii', jokes about the name spread like wildfire. Rather than condemn it, I think it's best for the forum that we act warm-hearted to these jokes and participate in it ourselves. No one's going to stop you. Go nuts and post your favourite/made-up Wii jokes here.

I know my girlfriend says "It's not how big your Wii is, it's how you use it," but I'm still going to buy a Wii cable extender.

Why the hell are wii doing this? Don't wii all have something better to do wii our time?

It's either really smart or really stupid marketing on behalf of nintendo to name it "wii". I can't decide which.

I like to think of it as "It's great marketing, but oh shit! we forgot what it means to the western world, but it's not like we really care lol" marketing.

Ofcourse it is great marketing, it has people talking about the name and therefore about the console, people know it and it is a great way of advertising.
