Wii is more powefull than we think!

okay alot of you is not gonna believe me, since Nintendo wont reveal this until TGS.
but the Wii's CPU - the "Broadway" is clocked at 2.1 Ghz
now you can call me a liar, but Ninty will reveal this in more detailed at TGS along with the "Hollywood" GPU.

apparently the Wii on E3 ran on the 729 Mhz (the overclocked gamecubes).

Yeah, looking at videos of E3 as well as "interesting" photographs, it seems very rational that wii games were actually playing on gamecubes.

However, I haven't found the info about 2.1Ghz, every store and other outlets do mention 729Mhz though.

Whilst it'd be nice to see more power, I really can't see it mattering enough to put a dent in the speeds the competition can output.

That would be amazing if it were true. I was always originally disappointed by the original revolution specs compared to the other boxes. However, the more we see the more there is to like. If they can deliver that CPU at the previously mentioned price point, it will be a runaway hit.
