Well i just bought *Cough* downloaded starfox command for ds and i would have to say thats its pretty good.
It has local multiplayer support for 6 people with only one copy of the game and it supports 4 people online in WFC.
The single player is a lot different from the other starfox games though, as their is a bit of strategy to it. It's a little like a dubbed down version of advance was, but not in a grid pattern kind of way. Whenever you have two units that cross over, you go into a 3d battle and play it out.... Sounds weird but it is good. When i say units i mean just the few regular characters in their ships of course.
Oh yeah, by the look of it, it seems to have voice acting (japanese right now) and a LOT of it.
Controls:
touch screen = aim
any button = fire (hold to lock on)
double tap the bottom third of the screen and hold = Brake
double tap the top 2 thirds of the screen and hold = Boost
quick left-right movement = barrel roll (yay!)
drag the bomb icon on the screen to a point on the map = drop bomb where targeted (sounds stupid but its bloody awesome)
In my opinion this is shaping up to be a 8.7-9.2 kinda game
